Order Deadline: Place your order before 1pm (IRE) on any business day (Monday to Friday, excluding national and bank holidays) for estimated next business day delivery. For custom caricatures please allow an additional 24hours.

Deliveries are made during business hours only, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries are handled by third-party couriers (DPD). It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for the gift upon delivery. DPD will email / text you with a one-hour delivery window. If a delivery is missed, customers can choose to have the parcel delivered to one of DPD’s 320 pick-up shops nationwide, reschedule the delivery for another day, or opt to have the parcel left in a safe place at their home. DPD does offer deliveries on Saturdays but this is not a guaranteed service. For a guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us directly.
