At Caricature.ie, we want you to be delighted with your purchase and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
Personalised Products
All caricatures supplied by Caricature.ie are personalised and custom-made to your specifications. As a result, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under Irish and EU consumer law.
Once work has commenced on your caricature, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
If you wish to cancel your order shortly after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. If work has not yet begun, we may be able to cancel your order and issue a refund at our discretion.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe your order has been supplied incorrectly, arrives damaged, or contains a fault, please contact us within a reasonable period of receiving your order.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- A corrected replacement
- A repair or amendment where appropriate
- A full or partial refund
Please contact us before returning any item so that we can review the issue and provide instructions where necessary.
Refunds
Where a refund has been approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, although the time taken for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note that payment processing fees incurred by Caricature.ie may be deducted from discretionary refunds where permitted by law and where the order is cancelled before production has commenced.
Order Cancellations
As all caricatures are personalised products created to your specifications, they cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it. While we will always try to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once work has started.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier and assist in locating your parcel.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
